geekSessions is a high-end technical / networking event that brings recognized experts together to speak on a new topic each Session. As you might guess from the name, our topics are technical in nature. We cover a wide range of topics and attract an audience of technologists, entrepreneurs, and anyone else who hungers for food, drinks, and knowledge.

Shon Burton is a serial entrepreneur, biz developer, marketer, networker, and local event producer. Shon is the CEO of Wildcog, a San Francisco based talent agency specializing in mad scientists and other smart, crazy folks. Shon is also the founder and producer of bizSessions’ sister events, geekSessions and pixelSessions. geekSessions History

geekSessions was created in 2007 by Shon Burton of The Forbin Group and Christian Perry of RFOP. In 2008 Shon and his team from The Forbin Group took over the event. Christian is focusing on RFOP and gestating his own secret startup company.
